Nestled in a small town filled with character, surrounded by the Piedmont and sharing walls with The Rooms Up There, the Drawing Room serves as a great location for: weddings, private events, nonprofit events, corporate events, seminars, concerts and more.
The Drawing Room offers over 700 square feet of elegant banquet space for dining and dancing. The Greenhouse provides another 575 square feet to further enhance your event.
Our Event Package includes exclusive access to both the Drawing Room and Greenhouse for 5 hours plus the use of a caterer's kitchen, 10 six foot rectangular tables, and 40 garden chairs. Upgraded Chiavari chairs are available for rent at $5 per chair.
All set up and clean up for your event must be accomplished within the 5 hour period. Additional hours may be purchased at $150/hour.
